Tomorrow night, Tuesday, February 4th is our final Parent Night for this school year! It is hard to believe that it is already that time! At this Parent Night I will be demonstrating how small group lessons are presented. Please remember since this is a very special time for you and your child, please leave your child’s siblings in our After School Program (children enrolled at our school) or at home so that you can give your child your undivided attention.
The Dinosaur research projects are wonderful! The children are doing an excellent job presenting their projects to their peers. I am always so impressed with how well they are able to present their research and how much they have learned through this process. I would like to thank you as parents for helping your child and for helping them to understand the concept of research and the importance of turning their project in on time! I hope you found this experience fun! Please take a moment to look at all the projects at Parent Night – they will be on display in the Big Room.
The children are looking forward to our Valentine’s Day Celebration on Friday, February 14th. We will have a Valentine exchange and special treats. Please have your child bring in 20 signed valentines to share with his/her classmates. If you would like to bring in a treat to help us celebrate this holiday, please see the sign-up sheet that is posted on our classroom door. Thank You!
On Monday, February 17th (Presidents’ Day) there will be No School.
Have a nice week!
