It has been a lovely week as students continue to adjust to expectations and schedules. On Monday the students enjoyed painting with water colors, and the stick ponies were on the playground for extra fun. Tuesdays and Thursdays bring us Spanish with Senora Maria and Wednesdays the students have music with Ms. Wendi. Friday the students enjoyed Gator cheers during line time and media with Ms. Jennifer.
Thank you to Adler’s family, Bryce’s Family, and Yvonne’s family for donations of items off the wish list. I greatly appreciate your support and contributions. All three families purchased items from the amazon part of the wish list, which should have removed those items from the list. The classroom and our lessons would not be nearly so inclusive without the support of our class’ families. Thank you again.
There is a September calendar in this week’s folder which details our plans for the upcoming month. This is a great way to know what discussions are happening at line time each day and to keep track of our special events and holidays. Please remember that there is no school on Monday, September 1, 2014, due to Labor Day.
This week Enaiya joined our class as she celebrated her second birthday on Tuesday. We welcome her and her family as they become a part of our class.
Have a wonderful long weekend,
Ms. Crystal Sorrow
